We at Woodmans Lumber International EIRL-Peru always welcome Strategic & Investment Partners for various joint ventures in a variety of manufacturing projects in relation to Imported & Exported Manufactured and Exotic Lumbers. Mr. Montelongo has founded, operated, and managed Woodmans Lumber Inc and Concesionario Forestal successfully in manufacturing Peru's Finest Exotic Woods for over 5 years. Mr. Montelongo has traveled throughout the US, Central Latin America and South America, establishing a 46,000 acre Forest Concession and Millwork in Pucallpa Peru and Puerto Maldonado, South America. Mr. Montelongo speaks fluent English and Spanish and vast resources in the Lumber Trade Industry and has forged partnerships with Fair Trade as a basis with fellow Concession owners. Currently Woodmans Lumber Inc/Concesionario Forestal have 46,000 acres of Forest Concession with the Government of Peru in the Ucayali Region, registered and licensed to extract lumber and a wood mill manufacturing plant in the Amazon Region of Pucallpa and Puerto Maldonado, Peru. We are currently in the early stages in the Certification Process with the Forest Stewardship Council and work alongside the AIDER, World Wild Life Fund and the United States Agency for International Development. We are expanding operations in various manufacturing opportunities and looking for Strategic Partners with an interest in developing our Forest Concession which consist of 46,000 acres. We are in the process of expanding our capabilities and developing relationships with International Purchasers in th United States, China, Canada, Spain, Europe and Mexico.
